300 gr. di farina
120 gr. di zucchero
80 gr. di burro
2 uova
il succo di 2 arance
scorza d’arancia Bagna: il succo di 3 0 4 arance
Procedimento:
In una ciotola sbattiamo bene il burro fuso e lo zucchero ed aggiungiamo lentamente la farina, scorza d’arancia, il succo d’arancia e le uova sbattute.
Mescoliamo bene il tutto fino a rendere l’impasto ben cremoso.
Versiamo l’impasto nello stampo da plumcake imburrato e inforniamo a 180° per circa 30 minuti.
Togliamo il plumcake dal forno e ancora caldo lo cospargiamo del succo di 3 o 4 arance e infine una volta sformato lo decoriamo con delle scorzette d’arancia o zucchero in polvere.
